MergeCom may engage service providers to process customer personal data on our behalf when delivering and supporting the service. Those providers are required to protect customer data and may process it only for the contracted service.
Current subprocessor register
The current register identifies each applicable provider, its service function, processing location, and the categories of data involved. Because the providers used can depend on an organization’s deployment and hosting region, we provide the applicable register as part of the security and legal review.

MergeCom evaluates the security and privacy practices of subprocessors before engagement and requires appropriate data protection terms. Customers with contractual notification rights will be notified of material additions or replacements through the process stated in their agreement or DPA.
Data Processing Addendum
Enterprise customers can request a Data Processing Addendum that describes processing instructions, confidentiality, security, international-transfer safeguards, assistance with data-subject requests, and deletion or return of personal data.
